We believe that coffee is one of the most universal catalysts for many of our most cherished memories, and in recognising that, we’re committed to crafting memorable experiences for you, that live on beyond the cup.
OUR COFFEE
We proudly serve specialty coffee from one of the most exciting roasters to join Sydney’s vibrant coffee culture Block Coffee Company.
Block specialises in sourcing high quality coffee and maximising flavour output via their unique roast profile.
They have a seasonal rotation of carefully selected single origin coffees each with a story to tell.
We’re also regularly welcoming in a range of incredible guest roasters from around Australia and occasionally
overseas to feature their coffees on our menu and shelves.

Built with the intent to be more than just a cafe, pillar was made to host small functions, photoshoots, collabs, product launches, intimate live music gigs and everything in between.
